1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using RoyalAce Casino ("the Platform," "royalace.com"), you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). 2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration, Verification & KYC
To access real-money gaming, you must complete our registration process and pass mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC is a legal requirement under our AGLC licence and AML obligations. Verification of age, identity, and location is required before any deposit or wager can be placed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing
Deposits

- All deposits are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Deposits are credited to your account instantly, subject to payment provider processing times
- Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: $20 CAD per transaction
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours after successful KYC verification
- Withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where technically possible
- Any winnings are subject to verification under our AML and KYC policies before withdrawal is approved
- RoyalAce reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud review or additional verification
- Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements may not withdraw bonus-derived funds until requirements are met
AML Compliance

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects a game outcome, all affected bets are voided and stakes are returned to the player's account. RoyalAce is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Displaying incorrect jackpot or prize amounts due to a technical error does not constitute an obligation to pay the displayed amount.
Suspicious betting activity — including patterns that suggest market manipulation, match-fixing, or integrity violations — is reported to the Independent Integrity Monitor as required under AGLC Standards and Requirements for Internet Gaming.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to regulatory authorities:
- Using automated software, robots, scripts, or any other tool to play games or interact with the platform
- Creating or operating more than one account (multi-accounting)
- Colluding with other players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported immediately
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform
- Accessing the platform from outside the Province of Alberta, Canada
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
- Attempting to access a self-excluded player's account or circumvent self-exclusion measures
- Engaging in behaviour that harasses, abuses, or threatens RoyalAce staff
- Charging back or reversing payments after receiving bonuses or winnings derived from those payments
8. Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, RoyalAce is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: internet connectivity interruptions; scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance; third-party software or payment processor failures; force majeure events; or any events beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of deposits made in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to RoyalAce's customer support team for resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days, players may escalate to the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) under its public complaints process at aigc.ca. You agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
